Return Policy

All unopened Mod Blox items that contain foam may be returned within 30 days of delivery. The item must be still wrapped in the inner plastic material in which it is shipped. 

Please Contact Us to initiate a return and receive a prepaid return label.

Opened and used Mod Blox items may be returned within 30 days at the customer's expense.

If there are any issues with your Mod Blox item please contact us and we will provide replacement products if necessary. If you received the wrong color or there are any other manufacturing issues please contact us right away and we will resolve the issue as customer satisfaction is our number one priority.

We offer a one year warranty on all Mod Blox products from delivery date. This warranty covers all Mod Blox items including foam, fabric and stitching that have been used indoors and in a manner consistent with its intended design.
